Aspire Alternative Provision

Aspire Schools

Aspire Schools was established in April 2018. It currently consists of a single academy, Aspire, which operates from five sites across Buckinghamshire. The academy caters for over 250 pupils from key stages 3-5, providing Alternative Provision, Specialist Education, Intervention and Outreach. At its most recent Ofsted inspection the academy was confirmed as remaining Outstanding.  The team at Aspire Schools are an integral part of the educational landscape in Buckinghamshire and are hugely respected, at both a local and national level, for their expertise with a particular focus on inclusion. Inclusion underpins all aspects of our work, and makes us the trust of choice for schools looking to join an academy trust.

Growth plan

We are actively welcoming enquiries from schools wishing to join our trust. Under our growth plan, schools will join us with a commitment to collaboration and supporting each other through “professional generosity”.

Whist local autonomy is recognised, the benefits of working together in a truly collaborative way will rapidly become self-evident. We will nurture the strengths at each of our academies with a view to sharing the best practice, strongest leaders, and teachers across the trust through our networks of lead practitioners and professional communities.

Join us

As a trust we are ready to grow and are excited to play a role in bringing more Buckinghamshire schools into the family of academies. We believe that our focus on inclusion will lead to significant improvements in the life chances and outcomes of many children whilst enhancing the professional experience of teachers and support staff.  We are keen to welcome schools into our family that can add value and help us all make the most of the many opportunities that collaboration brings.

Please contact Debra Rutley (drutley@aspireap.org.uk) if you would like to discuss this further.
