Leadership Coaching
We have a number of highly skilled and experienced members of staff at Aspire Schools, including Debra Rutley NLE (National Leader of Education) as well as a number of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs). We offer coaching and training and development opportunities for staff at mainstream, alternative provision and special schools who want to learn more about supporting students and leading with love.

What can we offer?
We currently offer one-to-one coaching with Debra Rutley, CEO. Coaching costs are priced at £600 for six one hour sessions over the course of 12 months.
